Caught: Sheriff Israel Stonewalling Video That Holds the Key to All Our Questions

Everyone by now is familiar with the shooting that took place in Parkland, Florida.

Oh and don’t forget about the crooked Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel. The Sheriff knew that the shooting was taking place at the school and his office did not take the necessary measures to stop Nikolas Cruz when the school was in danger. It was like they were stalling for some reason.

Cruz posed an imminent threat to the entire school and society as a whole, and Sheriff Scott Israel’s office was well aware. And to top it off, the Sheriff lied about how many calls his office received regarding Nikolas Cruz and his threat. Liberals want to blame gun control on the entire shooting. However, to me and everyone else in America, you can clearly see the failure of government action is the problem.

According to americanewscentral:

From Daily Signal:

Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel said his department received only 23 calls involving shooter Nikolas Cruz or his family before the attack at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

Records show that the sheriff’s department received 39 calls requesting service from authorities at Cruz’s family home since 2011, though it is not clear how many of the 39 calls were resolved on the phone or in person.

Now, we are learning more about the disgraced sheriff.

Looks like he’s doing everything he can to prevent the surveillance tapes from being released.

From Breitbart:

An op-ed in the Sun Sentinel claims that Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel is stonewalling the release of surveillance video that could clear up exactly what law enforcement did or failed to do in response to the February 14 school shooting in Parkland, Florida.

The paper has been trying to obtain the video taken “outside the school” during the shooting, only to be told that the only copy was given to Israel’s office and will not be released.

On Wednesday, the Sentinelreported:

Sheriff Israel doesn’t want to release the video, which is curious, given that he’s already given a detailed description of its substance. At a televised press conference eight days after the shooting, he said he felt “the public needed to know” that the video showed [deputy Scot] Peterson did “nothing” except get on his radio while shots were being fired. The sheriff said Peterson “never went in” as he should have.

But four days later, Peterson, through his lawyer, said the criticism was unwarranted and that the video (along with eyewitness testimony) will exonerate him.

We tried to get the video — and please note, we only seek the video taken outside the school — from Broward school district officials, but they apparently gave their only copy to  [the Broward County Sheriff’s Office].

It is very clear that the officers responding to the shooting didn’t do their jobs. It is very clear that the Sherrif’s office ignored many warning signs. It is very clear that Sheriff Israel is not good at his job.

A lot of people out there want him to resign.

From Washington Examiner:

Republican state lawmakers in Florida are calling for Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel to be suspended for what they believe is “incompetence and neglect of duty” after it came to light the agency failed to address multiple warnings about the suspected gunman in the shooting at a Parkland, Fla., high school.

Joined by 73 GOP lawmakers, Florida House Speaker Richard Corcoran sent a letter to Gov. Rick Scott asking him to suspend Israel immediately given the actions of the Broward Sheriff’s Office before and during the Feb. 14 shooting.

What more does a guy have to do to lose his job?

Liberals want to talk about gun control when the failure of government was the problem here.

It’s time for this guy to go.
