Ouch! The mayor of Chicago has been in constant denial about the skyrocketing murder rates in his town, still claiming guns to be the issue. Well, Big Dog, Donald Trump just expressed his concern for the town, and publically called him out! Looks like change may come to Chicago sooner than we may have thought.
VIA| For seven years that have been among the bloodiest in Chicago‘s violence-ridden history, Mayor Rahm Emanuel has operated under an inexplicable cloak of protection from President Barack Obama’s administration. As Obama’s former White House chief of staff, he has remained largely immune from criticism from either the White House or the mainstream media.
Emanuel met with President-elect Donald Trump in New York on Dec. 7. His concern? The possibility of Trump deporting illegal immigrants from Chicago, according to the U.K. Daily Mail.
The mayor of the most crime-ridden, murderous city in the United States, a city breaking its own records for violence, has a precious audience with the incoming leader of the free world, and the biggest thing on his mind is protecting illegal immigrants.
In case Emanuel underestimated Trump, the President-elect made it clear Monday that he’s not going to be allowed to fly under the radar any longer.
Chicago murder rate is record setting – 4,331 shooting victims with 762 murders in 2016. If Mayor can't do it he must ask for Federal help!
